GEMB in Washington, District Of Columbia - Thomas Herrera California Boat Loan
Bastards call even when my payment was sent 2 days early. VIA online payment. ready to let them come and get the boat. never behind in payment. if everybody would default they would be (@#*!)! I would like to feed these money hungry punks to the lions. and yes they like to call work if your late 1 day. Do you like to sleep in on sundays. not these guys. they call sundays. finnaly told them they have the wrong number solved that. next time they call work told employes. to tell them i no longer work here. yours truly: MR HERRERA
GEMB in Oceanside, California - They never seem to get payment even after my bank shows the check cleared.
I have never had any problems with my creditors before. GEMB Lending's customer service is terrible. I have been accused of intentionly sending them bad checks. I mail my bills at the same time. They are the only ones that claim they never recieve my check. I put a stop payment on my check because I figured it got lost in the mail. This has happened 3 times. Every stop payment cost me $25. After the late fee date all of a sudden the check appears. They still try and process it. My bank will not pay it because I put a stop on it.
I have been reading about the nightmare of doing business with GEMB. First, one cannot inquire on their account on the Internet. Now I know why. I pay all of my bills on line, bank to bank. My bills are always payed early. I found in 3 years of doing business with GEMB that 19 of my payments are posted late, never costing me fees but lowering the amount posted to the principal. They have made themselves extremely difficult to monitor and unfriendly to do business with. I requested a copy of my payments over the tenure of my loan. I was shocked to find how poorly the company works. In one instance, nearly all of my payment went to the interest and the remaining went to the principal because of their delay in posting my payment. So I know why they don't send out monthly bills or annual statements. This way, you don't know how poorly they treat your payments. I'm refinancing at the earliest opportunity. They are a terrible business people. Shame on them for running such a poor organization.
Gemb Lending sucks
I have had a boat loan with gemb lending now for almost 3 years. I have send them payments in advance and i have been late before. They are the rudest people i have ever met. Not only they do not stop calling your phone and just being annoying. Now they said that they never received my last month payment. But i paid it through chase that it automatic takes it out of my account and mails them a payment. I will never use GEMB lending again!!!!!! When you do speak to them over they always ask you where is your boat, where do you keep the boat>>>>>>> Never give them the address where you keep the boat...... This company will send a repo just for being 2-3 months late on your boat payment. They don't even want to work with there customers.
GEMB Lending charged me a FEE to PAY them.
I have an account with GEMB lending. I just realized that my payment is due in two days. If I mailed the payment it would be late. I called customer service to make a payment by phone. They charged me a $15.00 fee to PAY a payment that is not late.I paid the payment with the same man that originally picked up for customer service, so it is not like they are charging fees for an entire different department to handle fees by phone. I paid, in order to not be late. What the customer service rep did not tell me was this, I had 10 days to MAIL my payment in before a fee would be attached to my loan. I could have MAILED the payment and not paid any fee what so ever and it would not have counted against us as a late payment. CUSTOMER SERVICE MY ELBOW! That rep and company should be ashamed!On top of screwing me out of $15.00, I feel incredibly ***, and angered that he did not bother to tell me to just mail it in tomorrow and it would not be late. Even when we are trying to do right, the bad guys( all credit card co.s) still give us the shaft and twist and twist and twist.
GEMB LENDING IS AWFUL
we have experienced the same problems with GEMB Lending over the past 3 years with our motorhome payment. I would always mail the check at least a week before the due date and they wouldn't process it for a long time and we would get late fees and phone calls at all hours as well. Sooooo frustrating. I started calling to make my payments by phone so they would stop charging us late fees. Here is the number I call to make our payments every month: 1-800-872-7759 Good luck. Definately will not recommend them to friends!
GEMB Lendidng and anyone that works in cooperation with this "company" are terrible terrible people. do yourself a favor and DO NOT do buisiness with this company. they are rude and call at the worst possible times. WORST I can not stress this enough. I would be glad to join the class action lawsuit against this company. sign me up.I talked to a woman who name is "michelle" who would not answer. I am selling my what i Have and did unfortunatley financed with this company. I would be embarsed as a person to tell people that i work for this company. i word rather tell them I had NO JOB.
GEMB Consummer beware
My Parent financed an R.V, the loan was bought by GEMB.My Parents passed away 90 days apart leaving me TTEE of their living trust. I continued to make payments for the R.v for 36 months then GEME decided not to cash my checks and put the account in Default demanding the unit. I sent several letters and made several phone calls with no return calls. Now 5 yrs later I have a very rude man harassing me and my family for his R.V I can't believe this company can operate in this manner! Can you say class action suit ?
GEMB Lending will ruin your credit!
GEMB does not keep good records, they do not know if your ahead in payments or not. They only look a current monthly payment. They will call you at all times of the day and night, weekends and on holidays. I've made double payments, paid up to 2 month ahead and still get phone calls for the current month payment? I've never gotten a monthly payment invoice ? And Change who the payment goes too every couple of years? Has anyone actually started a Class Action against GEMB? Count me in on the Class action filling or send me more information!
GEMB/Sam's has riped me off for over $3,000 .
I received a paid in full refund check from Sam's club in which i thought my debt was settled since my account had been officially closed. 3 months later Sam's club posing as an affiliate of GEMB sent me a whopping bill for $1,902.00 under my same closed account number. When i tried to inquiry about my new bill i received the biggest run around known to human kind the late charges kept coming with over the limit fees not to mention those aggressive 3rd party collection people to top it all off my credit report has been ruin for seven years to sum all up I now owe them over $3,000. I caved in the harassment was unbearable I am now paying them back for money I don't even owe. signed:" no justice to be found".
