GEMB - Won't send out payment book or payment request
We have a Monico product financed by GEMB Lending that we made our payment on for 8 years strait without missing a payment.We changed bank accounts 6 months ago and no longer have auto pay set up.
I have requested them to send a payment book like we had at the start of the loan with the original lender but one representative says it is coming and the next one says they don't send out payment books. All they want to do is argue over the phone as if they want to take our motorhome away from us.
we have tried to contact them sever times to request a payment book and have had no luck.I would not suggest using this company for any loans!
